A Steam Next Fest demo is available now, giving players their first hands-on look at the game ahead of launch. The full game is planned to release on Meta Quest and SteamVR in Early Q2 2026.

Space Control is a comedic VR adventure where you’ve been abducted by an intergalactic megacorporation, Glorpo Inc., and forced to “work off your debt” alongside an alien crew through a series of odd jobs on a corporate space station.

In Space Control, players take on a variety of tasks with their crewmates Melody, Widgett, and Zorgle, with an AI companion named Sydra available on-hand. The release describes the game as spanning three episodes, each featuring different jobs and scenarios on the space station as you try to survive corporate life in a cartoony sci-fi world.

The announcement also lists voice actors Amanda Hufford, Sean Chiplock, Crystal Lee, Kelsey Jaffer, and Tim Heller, and says the game includes VR content creators Whackycast, SmashingVR, Jordan Antle (PapaFearGaming), and Fynnpire.

Space Control is developed by MoonMonster Studios, with a demo available now as part of Steam Next Fest (Feb 23 – March 2), ahead of its Early Q2 2026 launch on Meta Quest and SteamVR.
